This is the most common thing which happens with almost everyone. We always call for the best interest of things but while managing too hard things mess up unconditionally in much worse state then we simply come up with the statement that may be god wants it so….. to cover it up, as it’s no way out to save our ass… we never had that intention but things turn up or rather we can say it’s our destiny that made it happened.
But still we are not satisfied at times and we move forward to clean our mess or rather you can say we intended to wipe down our shit and my god at times we start sinking into that shit of our own as we own a chain of worse situations at that time. But after sometime when we actually realize our blunders we have already sunk. And we feel that we can do nothing and we try to come out from the situation by tell our mind that this was the worst thing which could ever so happen in my life and nothing worse can happen now. So now I have to put my things together and sit down quietly until the fuck is blown away.
I believe at times things work when we sit down and watch down our mishaps to overcome them and blowing the whistle only and only when we are done with it and that too in the right way. But these things sounds hard when we actually starts to drive them out but as nothing is impossible so things are done rather but in some manipulative which certainly needs best configuration.

This is something what we can perceive when we start our step towards the professionalism or if we become much practical in life. When it comes to work we need someone who can perform the best out of best someone whose work is admirable in the entire organization. Not someone who can’t perform its task thus we need quality persons to perform our jobs and this is what primarily required for it. We all know the very famous phrase “too many cooks spoil broth” it also delivers the same message.
We see this problem hell a lot in Information Technology sector industries where the company requires to show the bench strength of their employees to get new projects from the market or they hire some unskillful females to complete their female quota seats into the organization. But no one knows what’s expected no one knows what are the quality barriers to cross check the talents.
Only thing which I remember is to run an organization we only need quality ones not too many….for running organization. Because I believe when too many persons are involved in doing a job then too many brains collide and contribute nothing

Well time give a chance to everyone I believe it’s you who should seek your opportunity and jump in when it’s your turn, because ones you lose it, you are never ever going to have it. A very famous proverb “every dog has its day” also reflects the generous nature of time it says no doubt you are right or wrong time will always give you a chance to prove yourself.
We offen curse time for being partial but I believe it’s not. It always gives you a chance when it has something for you. But if u miss the train you are certainly going to suffer so I mean to say its better you should be in, on time. Another very famous proverb is “nothing happens before or after the time” that is all things happen only when the time wants it to be done or we can say when the time gives the chance….
We should always grab the opportunity given by the time when it gives that to us being an opportunist and with time we should try to convert our threats into opportunity. Then by pushing the opportunity in the right direction we could make it worth. In life there are very few people who convert the opportunity given by time into worth results and only those people are on the top positions now. It’s the sign of great people to realize the opportunity punch given by time that too before time and take necessary steps to make it worth. Just think of a name of any such person and you will realize how they have utilized their time frames to win today’s position. So finding the way of converting opportunities into worthy result should be our main objective that’s all

I believe we should tell the rest world about things only and only when it’s all done because if you tell them before half of them start interpreting things and if someone goes negative there would be a definite hindrance to your job so it’s better first to perform and tell when it’s done…..
When you believe in yourself when you are confident towards your work you should definitely take care of the environmental elements those who can prove to be a problem in the way of your job completion. Another thing is that we should not let others fetch conclusions before, as this thing could also become a problematic situation at times.
